Refund Policy

Clear cancellation and refund terms for coaching and educational purchases.

1. Overview

Eliminationfitmo ("we," "us") wants you to understand our refund practices before purchasing coaching sessions, programs, or educational products. This Refund Policy applies to transactions made through eliminationfitmo.world and direct agreements confirmed by email. It supplements our Terms of Use and does not limit statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Refunds address billing for coaching and educational services only. Purchasing a program does not guarantee any particular wellness outcome. Dissatisfaction with general educational progress is not, by itself, grounds for a refund once services described in your agreement have been delivered.

3. Starter Session (Single Consultation)

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled Starter Session, you may reschedule once at no charge or request a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the refund but may reschedule subject to availability. If we cancel the session, you receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling at your choice.

4. Monthly Coaching Package

Monthly coaching includes four scheduled sessions and messaging support as described at purchase. You may cancel future months by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date to touch@eliminationfitmo.world. Refunds for the current month are calculated as follows:

  • 0 sessions completed: full refund of that month's fee if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase (cooling-off period).
  • 1 session completed: 75% refund of that month's fee when cancelled before the second session.
  • 2 or more sessions completed: no refund for that month; access continues through the paid period.

Partial refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Group Challenge Programs

Group programs begin on a fixed cohort date. Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the start date qualify for a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Requests received 7–13 days before start qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the start date or after materials have been distributed, except where required by law or if we cancel the program.

6. Educational Products (Digital Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital workbooks and courses, all sales are final once download links are accessed or materials are emailed. If you experience technical failure preventing access, contact us within 7 days for a replacement link or refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.

7. Rescheduling

Individual sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided when:

  • You fail to attend a confirmed session without notice.
  • You violate our Terms of Use or coaching conduct guidelines.
  • You request refunds based on dissatisfaction with general educational outcomes, as coaching results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
  • Third-party payment disputes are initiated without first contacting us to resolve the matter.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email touch@eliminationfitmo.world with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, purchase date, program name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank posting times vary.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage direct communication before initiating chargebacks with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks for services properly delivered may result in suspension of future enrollment.

11. Program Changes by the Company

If we discontinue a program before it begins, enrolled participants receive a full refund or transfer to an equivalent offering. If we reschedule a group cohort, you may accept the new date or receive a full refund.

12. Consumer Rights

Residents of certain jurisdictions may have mandatory cooling-off or cancellation rights that override portions of this policy. Nothing herein limits those non-waivable rights. New York customers may contact the New York Department of State Division of Consumer Protection for general guidance on consumer issues.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The date shown in the hero section reflects the latest version. Purchases made before an update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
